Hi everyone

Today I will write about a topic that we all like (or that most of us like): Movies and series

I don´t have a favourite serie, but I want to tell you about a series that a I like a lot, called Black mirror directed by Charlie Brooker

What I like about black mirror is that you can choose which episodes to watch since each episode is about different situation, each episode has a different plot, the characters and actors also vary. Other aspect of why I like black mirror is the critique of the society or after each episode you keep thinking about what was raised in the episode

My favourite episode: 1 of seasons 3, called “Caida en picada”. It is about a society based on the status of social media and shows us the daily life of a woman in this society. I like this particular episode because is a critique of what today´s society is becoming

 

I really hope that you see this serie or at least some chapters. I saw Black mirror on Netflix but If they don’t have Netflix I think it is in the pages of internet to watch movies.

blog 2 ingles 4

Hi everyone

Today i will write about my best vacations , well my best vacations i remember

In the summer of 2016, I went to south of Chile more specifically Neltume and Puerto fuy. I went with my mom, my father, my brother, my uncle and my granparents –and my little dog- and we left approximately 10-15 day of February

There we visited the Huilo Huilo Reserve and saw Huemules (which is a species of endangered deer).In addition, I saw the Huilo Huilo jump that is an amazing waterfall.

Then we went to Puerto Fuy with the objective of moving to Argentina but it could not:c so we went to a very nice hotel that is called "magic mountain"

  

I regularly go south for summer vacations but I really like going to Neltume and Puerto Fuy because it was a very mountain town (it was very cold), there was a lot of natures and there were very few people

I recommend this place because these places serve a lot to disconnect from the city and it is super nice to see nature <3

Blog 1 (ingles 4)

Hi everyone:)

The truth is that I only left my country (Chile) once and I went to Argentina, but if I chose a place to visit, it would be Colombia because my uncle has family there and he always said that the things are more cheaper there than Chile

I don´t know much about Colombia but I know it has very characteristic climate, for example it rains with high temperatures. Other thing I know is that it has too much vegetation

There I would like to visit characteristic places like: “Archipielago de San Andres”  and “Cartegena de Indias”

This photo is from the "Archipielago De San Andres" and you can see that the sea is clearer that the sea of Chile and it's sand is very white (also having plam trees)

I would like to study tourism in that area since I find it interesting, I would also like to try somewhere tourist (preferably that has many green areas) serving people and/or taking care of the place

blog 10: Blogging experience

Hello everyone

 Today is the last blog and I want to leave my experience

 I really liked the fact of creating a blog and writing in another language because since I was a child I wanted to write and have a blog and write on any subject, I remember that when I knew we would create a blog I told too many people (I was very excited)

 I think that this blog helped me to have more confidence in the writing of this language but the bad thing is that the topics were not very entertaining 

I would like to continue using technology as a learning resource in the future, such as having the tests of listening on a computer, etc. but in general this course is going quite well according to my perspective (I liked to organize the trip to London) 

I would like to include more topics about tastes or hobbies or preferences to generate an online discussion with your classmates and to complement each other as for example "do you prefer summer or winter?" and each one writes his preference in the blog and comments to the other "if you are right that in summer it is better to go out but in winter you can have coffee", etc. 

But in general the blog is fine, I liked it a lot <3

Hi everyone

 Today I will talk about an academic subject that is my favorite subject of this semester (my first semester of chemistry)

My favorite subject is chemical laboratory techniques, there we learn about the different instruments of the subject, when and how they are used and the precautions to take into account when using them. The classes are in a university laboratory and what we do is manipulate and learn to use the different instruments present in the laboratory, for example: how to assemble a distillation equipment and even learn to wash some instruments.

 I like this branch even if I do not do very well because it is a subject that gives us autonomy (since you have to know what you do and perform the experiments) and I feel it is good because it drives us to have security in what you are doing and that will help us later.

Honestly, this is the only subject of this semester that makes me fun because we can talk and interact with your classmates while doing the class activity

A career related website

Hi, today I will show you my favourite youtube channel related my career (chemistry).

Breaking Vlad is a youtube channel , created on 2015 and contains many videos  about  various topics of chemistry, ordened by playlist of theme such as organic chemistry or analytic chemistry, etc

 the best <3

The truth is that rarely visit this site except when I need to study something about chemistry (literally anything) but I really like this channel for many reasons:

The first is that it uses my favourite serie (named Breaking Bad)  as a reference on the name of the channel and the introduction of the videos  

Second: I love when I feel sad because I have to study and I remember when I was happy watching this serie (many years ago) <3

And the last one is because since 2016 Breaking Vlad safe my marks on chemistry because on my school never have a good class of chemistry (the teacher never went) until today I still save this channel <3

My favourite superheroe

Hi everyone.

 I don't have a "favourite superheroe", however, recently this year i decided to watch more movies related to this genre, specefically, i watched all the movies from the Marvel Cinematic Universe in chronological order, and i really liked the first movie of this Universe, "Captain America: The first avenger", that talks about the character of steve rogers and how he becomes captain america. This character was created by stan lee
I like because is really cute and honest, always tries to help people

This movie talks about how steve tries to join the army, during WWII and how, after a lot of failed tries due to his poor body condition (he is very small and thin), he is aproached by a doctor to be a part of a program that injects a serum that enhances his body. He was chosen because the doctor saw a good heart in him, and because his body was more capable of being enhanced to the top level of the human body

After he is injected with the serum, the doctor is killed by a nazi, and because of this, steve is the only person in the world that has the serum in his body, known as the "super soldier serum".

After a series of events that happen in the movie, steve uses this to help the fight in the war as captain america, however, i will not write anymore about this as it is something that you have to discover if you haven’t seen the movies yet, something that i really encourage you to do <3

Hello everyone

 I had a hard time thinking about my favorite photo but I decided and chose this:

 It's a photo from the end of 2017, I really don't remember who took it (I have some people in mind but I don't want to lie to them) It was taken in my high school for a dance for September 18 but by unemployment we ended up dancing in November jaja

I like that picture because I appeared with my friends from high school and we were a very small group and that made us more united. I really liked that time of my life because the only thing we did was to have photo shoots, play cards and laugh at everything

I am very nostalgic to remember those moments but I like to know how much we have grown together <3

I hope we can see each other later because it is difficult because we live and study far away (also that when they were on vacation we were in class)

My favourite Musician

Hi everyone :)

Honestly, I do not like listening to music so much, sometimes I listen to music on the subway because it's boring to listen to other conversations or the noise of the subway. I am more than going watching movies or series on the subway.

I'm not sure about my favorite musician because I often change my tastes, but i going to talk about an artist I like since 2017-2018 (I do not know exactly) "Bad Bunny". This artist was well known last year for his song "Yo te bote "and came to the “Festival de Viña" this year and I couldn´t go :c

I like his songs because he produces 2 reactions when I listen to him: one is sad because of the lyrics or thematic of his songs, mood: "bro. I really felt that" and the other: is motivated to dance his songs on the partys :) And basically that's why I like it Bad bunny

My Favourite piece of technology

My favourite piece of technology is scaldasonno, and this is a kind of a blanket, whose function is to heat the bed.

I have this object (in particular) since 2018 but I have gotten 5 scaldasonnos on my life (I can´t remember when I was a child so is approximately)

Scaldasonno is my favourite piece of technology because is really simple,moderm,cheap and useful (literally is move a button to put it to the maximum) , for example I use on cold days while I see a movie  or I use when I arrive at my house and I want to get warm, I use it. Usually I use this object when is a cold night and I can´t sleep, I turn it on and I can sleep more easily (I have a hard time falling asleep if it's a cold night:c)

Honestly I use all the year (including summer), my mom always punish me because something it does 30°C and I use my scaldasonno <3

I think that my life without my beautiful scaldasonno would be very sad and extremely cold :c

My career

hi!

When I was a child, i didn´t think about my dream job or something like this, but I usually played that i was a cashier of supermarket or i was a drive school bus or stewardess (maybe i had interest in that).

During my school years i never decide (100%) what i was to study but on 3rd grade i thougth about "tourism and hospitality" in de Duoc Uc but my parents not accepted my idea (and my classmates neither). On my last year of school i had the idea to study in the "PDI" or enter armed force, I talked with my parents about this but they told me that i had to go to university, I was very sad until my mom finally told me "oook choose one" so I decided PDI.

Finally I fail on the PDI (psychological test:c) but I saw my result on the "PSU" and my parents forced me to entry at university. Really in the process of postulation was stressful for me because i didn´t like anything :cc

Now I study my first semester on Chemestry, honestly i don´t know if I made a good choice :c but the good part of de history is that i met many people, i know more about science and I spend more time outside my house.

In the future i don´t see myself as much as chemist because i don´t know much about the labor field of the career and most of my classmates want to be professors of chemestry (i can´t this jajaja)

Hi, my name is Javiera Gonzalez Herrera. I´m 18 years old. I was born on September 12th 2000 in Clinic Santa María, Providencia and my zodiac sign is virgo.

I live with my mom and my brother and my dog in Pudahuel near airport of Santiago and from my house we can hear the airplanes and sometimes (when the plane is very big) we can feel vibration on the walls

My brother, Lucas, is 13 years old. He was born in Peñalolen. My brother study in Instituto nacional since 2018.
My mom is Llanixa, She is 43 years old, she is smaller than my brother. She always stay in the house, but sometimes she work washing carpets of neighbors or clean their houses

I was study on Boston College Pudahuel for 8 years, after this, I was study for 6 years in Liceo Carmela Carvajal and now I study Chemistry on Universidad de Chile.

I don't have amazing hobbies but i like watching romantic movies on Netflix and comment it with my friends.Recently i love cooking cakes and pies for my boyfriend because he likes to eat.

This is my first year in the study university of Chile, the career Chemistry i really love this area and science in general because it is on everything.

When i was a child i practice karate and natacion every days including saturdays. I remember any Saturdays when in the morning i was going to a competition of karate and after i go to swim.

I listening reggaeton and trap but I don´t have favorite artist. I never have been in a concert:( but i would like to go Bad bunny concert with my friends.
